SELLING OF ALCOHOLStores that sell alcohol must have the Licensing Act of of 2003 in order to be permitted to sell and store alcohol. Without this license Tesco's cannot sell any alcohol.
SELLING OF FOOD OVER A DISTANCE
In order to sell food over a distance e.g. internet, Tesco must follow the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
